Funding News
The High Weald Sustainable Development Fund (SDF)
This is a grant scheme to encourage individuals, community groups, schools businesses and parish councils to develop innovative projects that protect our beautiful High Weald landscape. All sorts of projects are eligible for funding. The common thread is that they must demonstrate 'sustainability'. This means projects need to benefit the environment and communities and the local economy at the same time. At the moment most applications to this scheme have been from organisations based in Kent so High Weald is keen to raise awareness of the scheme in East and West Sussex.
