Eastbourne Association Of Voluntary Services is here to support, develop, connect and represent our local voluntary and community sector (VCS). Never have their services been more vital than during the current economic climate. They are therefore working hard to ensure that local VCS groups have access to the most up-to-date information, advice and services. IMPORTANT NEWS - Have you heard about the changes to the Awards for All programme?
For the last ten years Awards for All has been running as a joint programme with the other three main distributors of Lottery money. From 1 April each distributor will now run its own small grants programme. As a result, the Big Lottery Fund has launched
The new scheme will be the Fund's biggest ever commitment to a small grant scheme supporting community projects, offering a more easily accessible programme with even quicker decision times.
Grants between £300 and £10,000 are available to grassroots groups in the community and voluntary sector, health bodies, schools and parish or town councils.
