Crowborough Customer Help Point,
From January 6th 2014, we made changes to our services in Crowborough in partnership with East Sussex County Council. The reception point has moved and you can now access some Wealden District Council services via the Crowborough library upstairs.
You can pick up or drop off Benefit, Council Tax and Housing forms and get supporting documents photocopied.
Library staff will be able to answer simple queries or direct you to alternative sources of information. There is a dedicated phone line available during council opening hours for you to contact Wealden District Council's Contact Centre directly as well as access to our website via library PCs.
The library is unable to accept payments in any form for Wealden services, but you can make payment by credit or debit card over the phone or via our website. If you need to pay by cash, you can do so at any Post Office with a payment card (available on request), at your bank or at our payment kiosk in the Hailsham office.
