Planning Enforcement Complainants Survey 2008 (pdf)
A survey of satisfaction with our Planning Enforcement team sent to 228 people who had made a complaint about an alleged breach of planning conditions. This survey is the first of its kind that this Council has carried out and few other authorities appear to have published any similar work.

The Council asked Wealden businesses, Parish and Town Councils and Voluntary and Community Sector representatives about the impact of the economic downturn and what the Council could do to help.
Satisfaction with the Planning Service - Applicants and Agents
Every three months we survey a sample of 100 Applicants and Agents who have had a planning application determined within that period.

We asked 300 people, who had been consulted about a neighbouring development, what they thought of the service they received.
Planning Surgeries – Customer Satisfaction Survey
Guidance on the Planning system can be obtained through Planning surgeries which are held weekly in Crowborough and Hailsham/Polegate. Appointments last for 30 minutes and need to be pre-booked. For more details on this service go to the section ‘Do I need Planning Permission?’
Customer Services Surveys
We conducted the first in a rolling programme of surveys in March 07 asking customers a number of questions about the quality of face to face service we provide, the facilities offered and the Community Help Points (receptions) generally in both Crowborough and Hailsham.
