This Order contains regulations designed to ensure the car parks are managed in the most effective manner to protect the needs of both shoppers (short term parking close to the shops) and workers (longer term parking). These include strict adherence to the short stay time limits, preventing abuse of bays provided for disabled drivers, and prohibition of heavy good vehicles.
