What we do:

Offer a range of training courses in food hygiene and health and safety at work to local businesses, organisations and individuals. Most of the courses offered are nationally recognised as the syllabuses and certificates are controlled by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

Pride ourselves on the quality of the training that we provide. judging by the amount of repeat business that we secure, a great number of businesses agree.

Offer the Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced Food Hygiene Certificates and the Basic and Advanced Health and Safety Certificates. These courses are held regularly during each year on set dates. For more information please contact Jeremy Leach on the number below.

Provide an annual training programme (pdf) with course details, dates and prices.
Provide advice on training to local businesses. We offer in-house courses, tailored to meet the needs of your organisation.

Offer a quick and easy registration process. If you are interested please contact us on the numbers below. When the confirmation details are sent to you, approximately two weeks before the commencement of the course, a payment request will be made.
