All our tenants can now view information online in much the same way that you might logon to see your bank account information. Examples of the type of information we have made available include:
- Your rent balance, weekly rent charge and weekly service charges.
- Your contact details (so you can check that we are holding the correct phone number for example).
- The date your kitchen, bathroom and windows are due for replacement.
