Wealden Housing and Support Strategy For Older People
This Strategy has been developed jointly by East Sussex County Council Adult Social Care and Wealden District Council in partnership with Sussex Downs and Weald Primary Care Trust, Supporting People, Wealden & Eastbourne Lifeline, Sussex Partnership Trust, Age Concern, Care for the Carers, Alzheimer Society and Anchor Staying Put. It is currently out for a twelve week consultation period, ending on June 30th 2008.
HOPE Project (Housing Our People)
