Repairs to Your Council Home
When reporting a fault or requesting a repair to your council property, you have two options:
- You can call our Customer Service Team on 01323 443375, between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- You can use the online service
Emergencies
For emergencies outside office hours please contact our 24 hour service on 01323 415001. Please note this number is for out of hours only and will not be answered during normal office hours.
Priorities
Everyday repairs are allocated a priority so that the tenant has an idea on how quickly we hope to get them completed.
| Priority 1 | Repairs to be completed within 24 working hours |
| Priority R | Repairs to be completed within 3 working days (RTR) |
| Priority 2 | Repairs to be completed within 1 working week |
| Priority 3 | Repairs to be completed within 4 working weeks |
| Priority 4 | Repairs to be completed within 1 year |
Please note that there will be occasions when we will not be able to complete the repair in the recommended timescale. eg if a part needs ordering
