Each council housing area has a Housing Officer who deals with all tenancy issues. If you need assistance contact your Housing Officer who can arrange to visit you at home.

Our Objective is to provide an efficient, friendly and accessible housing management service that reflects the needs and requirements of our customers, and to ensure the sustainable development of council estates as part of their communities.
A new structure for participation has been agreed by tenants and the Council which will ensure that the partnership which has been developed over the last year flourishes. Over the last year tenant representatives have attended a variety of meetings, conferences, focus groups and training sessions. More and more tenants are getting involved and not only are they achieving something but they are actually enjoying themselves as well.
