18 month fixed term contract

Salary range £12,648 to £13,566 for 3 days (22.2 hrs) p/w

Plus lease car cash allowance

Are you interested in playing a key role in helping the Council achieve improvements in energy efficiency, reduce the use of carbon and provide a comprehensive energy efficiency service to the community?

Working within the Property Services Team, you’ll be involved in promoting energy conservation across all housing sectors – through publicity, education and general advice – as well as helping to establish partnerships that maximise the potential for improvement in energy efficiency.

Ideally, you’ll have a City and Guilds in Energy Awareness (or equivalent) together with a working knowledge of the techniques used to improve energy efficiency in buildings. It’s essential that you are computer literate, with strong administrative skills and are able to communicate with others in a clear and informative way.
