(salary bars at £16,596 and £17,532)

This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy working in a busy, friendly office environment and want to help people in the community. You will join the team helping to ensure that benefits are paid quickly and accurately by providing the right advice and information to customers.
You must have good communication skills with an aptitude for interviewing customers and at least 2 years recent office experience. Four GCSE passes level C [or equivalent] including Maths and English are essential. Ideally you will also have previous knowledge and experience of the welfare benefits system.
