Application Forms

 

The Standard Planning Application forms and Local Validation Criteria (which come into effect as from 6th April 2008) together with Wealden's Building Regulation forms can be found below:

 

General Information on Local Validation Criteria

National Validation Requirements as well as Mandatory Local Validation Requirements should always be submitted with any application. However, applicants should consider in advance, any local validation requirements which might affect their particular application.

Local Validation Requirements may not be necessary on many applications. If, however, it is found that this information is required following validation, the application may be made invalid. If any advice or assistance is required on this, then please contact the Duty Planning Officer.

It is important that all information which is relevant to the application is submitted as if it is subsequently found that the application is invalid, any time periods will be suspended and the time to deal with the application will re-commence from the submission of any required details.
