Adopted Wealden Local Plan

This is the Adopted Wealden Local Plan dated December 1998.

As of 27 September 2007 a number of policies in the Wealden Local Plan were saved by approval of the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 8 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. A list of these policies has been produced (listed in Plan order). Any policies not listed have now expired.
