Information regarding the progress of the Local Development Framework, including the latest position on the Preferred Options document, events, and links to agenda and minutes.
Adopted Wealden Local Plan
This is the current planning guidance that has been prepared by this Council which was adopted in December 1998 and covers the period up to 2004. The Local Plan is a statutory document which sets out policies and proposals for the development and use of land in the District. It is used to guide and inform day to day decisions made by development control officers when determining planning applications. Local Plan Review
Where the needs for development up to 2011 are addressed. This includes an interactive plan for the First Deposit Draft (Jan 03), as well as the Revised (Nov 04) Draft of the Wealden Local Plan.
