Bellbrook Industrial Estate

Location: Uckfield

Number of Units: 145

Type of Buildings: A mix of ages dating from the 1960s

Uckfield is a large commercial centre and offers good facilities for the local workforce. The town has an existing office stock generally located within the town centre and at the western end of the Bellbrook Industrial Estate. The main industrial areas are Bellbrook and Ridgewood.

Chaucer Industrial Estate

Location: Polegate

Type of Buildings: Mix of buildings from 1960s

Situated to the south of Dittons Road (B2247), the Chaucer Industrial Estate is approximately 0.25 miles to the west of its junction with the A22 and A27. Polegate town centre and railway station are approximately 1 mile to the west. Good access from A22/A27 makes this location potentially attractive for some further expansion, subject to specific site considerations.

Connors Yard Industrial Estate

Location: Crowborough

Diplocks Way Industrial Estate

Location: Hailsham

This estate is situated to the east of the A22 and west of South Road (A295), approximately 0.5 miles to the south west of Hailsham town centre. The main estate roads are Diplocks Way and Apex Way. It also has direct access off the A22, giving easy access to the A27 and A267.

Durgates Industrial Estate

Location: Wadhurst

Durgates Industrial Estate is situated to the north of the High Street (B2099), close to its junction with Mayfield Lane (B2100) in the centre of Durgates village, approximately 3.5 miles to the east of the A267 and 1 mile to the south east of Wadhurst railway station. The centre of Wadhurst. is 0.5 miles to the east.

Farningham Road Industrial Estate

Location: Crowborough

Farningham Road Industrial Estate is located south west of Crowborough Hill (B2100) and is adjacent to Crowborough Railway Station. It is situated within 1.75 miles of the A26, 1.5 miles of the town centre and a few hundred yards from Crowborough railway station.

Ghyll Road Industrial Estate

Location: Heathfield

Hackhurst Lane Industrial Estate

Location: Lower Dicker

Hackhurst Lane is situated to the north of the A22, approximately 1 mile to the west of its junction with the A267 and A271. There are bus routes running along the A22 and the site is located approximately 3 miles to the north west of Hailsham town centre.

Mountney Bridge Industrial Estate is situated to the east of Eastbourne Road, approximately 1.25 miles to the south west of its junction with the A259 and A27. Pevensey & Westham railway station and Westham village centre are within 0.5 miles.

Station Road Industrial Estate, Forest Row
