Business Rates Deferral Scheme

Regulations came into force on 31 July 2009 enabling businesses to defer payment of 60% of the increase in their business rates bill until 2010-2011 and 2011-2012. If you did not make a claim by 31st March 2010 you cannot now defer payment.
