Rent
The rents for each unit are kept as low as possible and the current rents are as follows:-

The tenant is normally required to pay rent on a calendar month basis by means of a standing order or direct debit. Other arrangements for payment plans can be negotiated with the Council's Finance Department, but only the payment period can be varied, not the requirement to pay by direct debit or standing order.

Business rates
Tenants will be responsible for payment of Uniform Business Rates, while the Council will be responsible for payments of water rates.
