We aim to issue licences within 28 days unless public consultation or sub-committee consideration is necessary.
We investigate complaints about premises licensed by the Council - we will investigate or make contact with the complainant within 5 working days. Issues which pose an imminent threat to health and safety will be investigated as soon as possible and within 1 working day.
