MyWealden has turned golden

MyWealden, the convenient online way to access Wealden District Council’s services, has reached a golden milestone. Over 50 council services are now available digitally from one login

"This fantastic achievement shows our commitment to enabling Wealden residents to access council services conveniently and a time and place that suits them," said Councillor Nick Collinson, Cabinet Member for Community Leadership. "More transactions were made last year via our website than by residents calling us up. We are providing our residents with the service that they are demanding and helping to make Wealden a digital district."

Cllr Collinson continued: "After registering, you are just a couple of mouse clicks or finger swipes away from being able to access an ever increasing range of council functions. Why not register your account at MyWealden now?"

The number of services available via MyWealden will continue to increase, but that’s not all. Future developments for MyWealden include: being able to track the progress of your requests, receive automatic updates as tasks are completed, and easily look up your account information for services like Council Tax or Housing Rents.

MyWealden has been designed specifically to be as easy to use via smart phones or other mobile devices. You can make requests on the move or at the moment when you see something that needs to be reported.
