"Coffee, Cakes & Computers is a great initiative to help Wealden residents get online,” said Councillor Nick Collinson, Portfolio Holder for Community Leadership. “Being able to use the internet is no longer a luxury; it’s an essential everyday skill to have. For example Universal Credit is currently being rolled out across Wealden and applications need to be made online. But there’s plenty more you can learn about such as: social media, storing photos, emails, Skype or more. With Christmas fast approaching, why not learn how to use the internet to shop for presents online?”
