The registration of births, deaths and marriages is a service provided by East Sussex County Council. The Registration Service for the Wealden area is based in Crowborough and may be contacted on 01892 653803.

Citizen Advice Bureau (external link)

The Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, independent and confidential advice. Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities.

Deaf Outreach Service (external link)

The Deaf Outreach Service is a full-length bus which visits rural areas throughout East Sussex on a regular basis. The bus is equipped with assistive devices including doorbells with flashing lights, amplified phones, textphones, smoke alarms etc. Members of staff from the East Sussex Hearing Resource Centre and Social Services will be on hand to give advice and information on all aspects of deafness.
