Paying Your Council Rent
With the proposed changes through Welfare Reform, Benefits will soon be paid directly to you, this includes the money for your rent. To be sure that your rent is paid on time and in full, please complete a Direct Debit Form (pdf) and we will ensure the money for your rent is collected with as little inconvenience as possible for you. Access Your Tenancy Information Online
All our tenants can now view information online in much the same way that you might logon to see your bank account information. Examples of the type of information we have made available include:

  • Your rent balance, weekly rent charge and weekly service charges.
  • The date your kitchen, bathroom and windows are due for replacement
