When reporting a fault or requesting a repair to your council property or communal area, you have two options:
- You can call our Repairs Team on 01323 443375, between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday
- You can use the online form
Emergencies
For emergencies outside office hours please contact our 24 hour service on 01323 410051. Please note this number is for out of hours only and will not be answered during normal office hours.
Priorities
Everyday repairs are allocated a priority so that the tenant has an idea on how quickly we hope to get them completed.
Priority 1 Repairs to be completed within 24 working hours
Priority R Repairs to be completed within 3 working days
Priority 2 Repairs to be completed within 1 working week
Priority 3 Repairs to be completed within 4 working weeks
Priority 4 Repairs to be completed within 1 year
Please note that there will be occasions when we will not be able to complete the repair in the recommended timescale. for example if a part needs ordering
