Wealden District Council works in partnership with Eastbourne Borough Council who run regular forum meetings for private landlords. Both Councils work in partnership with the National Landlords Association (NLA).

The evening includes speakers on a wide variety of topics, information sharing and a chance to network over some tasty food, all for free!

Private Rented Housing Standards

A partnership scheme between private landlords and the Council. The owners of empty properties provide homes on a lease and takes care of repairs; the Council provides tenants, guaranteed rent 52 weeks of the year and housing management services free of charge.
