For our younger residents we have details of skate parks and play areas, while our older residents may be interested in our Active 4 Life programme, which organises exercise sessions specifically aimed at older people.

If you are interested in joining a local sports club then visit Active Sussex (external link) for details on clubs near you and advice for clubs that are already established. Active Sussex is one of 49 County Sports Partnerships in England and is largely funded by the Government to co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of sport and physical activity initiatives across Sussex. Their purpose is to help drive improved access to, and an increased participation in, sport and physical activity in Sussex.
