Healthy Walks

Gentle, regular exercise, fresh air, friendships... enjoy free group walks every week and feel the difference!Image of Healthy Walk being led

These walks are part of the Walking for Health scheme which aims to help and encourage more people to become physically active in their local communities.

The walks are all completely free and there is absolutely no need to book. They are not too long (about an hour) and not too difficult. They are all led by trained volunteers.
