For our younger residents we have details of  skate parks and play areas, while our older residents may be interested in our Active 4 Life programme, which organises exercise sessions specifically aimed at older people.

The 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games have inspired the nation to get active, try a new sport and support sport in the local community. Active Play (external link)

Active Play from Freedom Leisure run activity and play sessions in the community for children. The team are available for term time sessions, holiday sessions and birthday parties.
 

Active Sussex (external link)

Active Sussex is one of 49 County Sports Partnerships in England and is largely funded by the Government to co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of sport and physical activity initiatives across Sussex. Their purpose is to help drive improved access to, and an increased participation in, sport and physical activity in Sussex.
