Welcome to the Active Wealden section. In the pages below you will find information and advice on getting active in the Wealden area, whatever your age or ability level.
For our younger residents we have details of skate parks and play areas, while our older residents may be interested in our Active 4 Life programme, which organises exercise sessions specifically aimed at older people.
The 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games have inspired the nation to get active, try a new sport and support sport in the local community. If you've been inspired to kick start a new healthy habit visit the Freedom Leisure (external link) website to find out more about how you can get active at a centre near you.
If you are interested in joining a local sports club then visit Active Sussex (external link) for details on clubs near you and advice for clubs that are already established.
