Confidence building course for 18-25 year olds

Sussex Oakleaf is organising a series for free confidence building courses for people aged 18 -25 experiencing mental health difficulties

As part of the newly launched Wealden Young Adults Service, Sussex Oakleaf  have organised a free six week confidence building course  at the MarketSquare Youth Cafe in Hailsham.  The course begins on Friday 6 July and runs from 11am - 2pm.

It is for those aged 18- 15 who may be experiencing mental health difficulties. It aims to increase confidence and self-esteem in an encouraging and aupportive environment. It will help people to undrstand what confidence is, where it comes from an dhow tobuild you skills and challenge you fears.

Included in the workshops are practical tips and tecnhiques to help  identify personal strengths and create a positive mental attitude whilst learning  learning how to become more effective through improved communication skills.
