We will operate our Customer Help Point at Prospects House, Hailsham until 3 August. Vicarage Lane will open for business from 6 August.

The Community Hall in Vicarage Lane has also been refurbished to provide a Civic and Community facility which will be available for public events from 24 September. Information about booking the Civic Community Hall .

Until 6 August we will be moving various departments to the Vicarage Lane building.

The single site location will enable us to make savings of more than £350,000 a year in running costs and involve our staff adopting new working practices to make the optimum use of office space.

The refurbishment has been delivered on time and on budget. The building incorporates a range of technologies - such as passive ventilation, solar panelling and air source heat pumps - to help reduce heating costs.
