Shared Building Control services of Wealden District Council and Eastbourne Borough Council, as of the 1st April 2011, will be operating under the new branding of 'East Sussex Building Control Partnership'.
The new Building Regulation Fees (pdf) available for the East Sussex Building Control Partnership (pdf 152kb), effective from 1st April 2011, are divided into Plan and Inspection Fees, Building Notice Fees, Regularisation Fees and supplementary charges including fees for chargeable advice. They are different for each type of work.
The document "Scheme for the recovery of Building Regulation charges and associated matters" (pdf) has also been produced and should be read in conjunction with the Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010.
