The following charges are effective from 1st April 2010.
1 dwelling (or 100/499 m2 commercial floorspace) - £167.50 (1 meeting)
2 - 9 dwellings (500/999 m2 floorspace) - £300 (1 meeting)
10 - 19 dwellings (1000/1999 m2 floorspace) - £600 (up to 2 meetings)
20 - 99 dwellings (2000//4999 m2 floorspace) - £1,200 (up to 2 meetings)
100 + dwellings (5,000+ m2 floorspace) - £2,000 (up to 3 meetings)
Changes of use (excluding creation of new floor space) - £167.50 (1 meeting)
Where new built floorspace also proposed, the fee will be calculated by the floorspace in excess of 100 m2
Applications to alter or extend a listed building - £167.50 (1 meeting)
In the case of more complex proposals, a higher fee may be negotiated.
