The Strategic Sites Development Plan Document (DPD) is the second DPD within the Council's Local Development Framework and will set out in detail how the Strategic Development Areas proposed in the Core Strategy should be developed.
Public Consultation
The Strategic Sites Development Plan Document Issues and Options Consultation Paper (pdf) presents a range of options in relation to each of these development areas and seeks your views as to how the development should take place.
We are currently inputting and analysing all responses to the Strategic Sites Issues and Options Consultation 2012 made between Representations must be made between Monday 16th January until 5pm on Friday 24th February 2012.
The 12 areas identified in the Core Strategy, known as Strategic Development Areas (SDAs) are:-
