Paying by direct debit

Why pay by direct debit?

It is quick and easy to set up.

It is convenient. There is no need to worry about posting cheques to us on time. Or queuing up at pay-points and leaving your home during bad weather to get a payment to us.

It will make sure that your instalments get paid on time.

You can choose one of three dates in the month to make your payment (1st, 15th or 25th of each month)

You can spread your payments over 12 months (April to March) instead of 10 (April to January).

When you set up a direct debit we won’t take any money from your bank account until we have given you at least 10 days notice. We will tell you the amount that we will take and the date it will be taken. This will give you enough time to contact us if you have a query.

If we, or your bank, make an error, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your bank.

You can cancel your direct debit instruction at any time by contacting us or your bank
