The Great British Spring Clean 2018

Spring CLean logo

From Friday 2 March to Sunday 4 March, communities the length and breadth of Britain will be out in force to take a stand against litter.

The Great British Spring Clean is a campaign with one simple aim: to bring people across the country together to clear up the litter that blights our environment.

Now is the perfect time to take a stand and join the ever-growing army of Wealden litter heroes who have had enough of other people's litter.

Wealden District Council is supporting our litter heroes, individuals, groups, schools and workplaces, by providing equipment, refuse bags and waste collection for their litter picking events.
Last year we supported 24 groups of volunteers who collected some 1.5 tonnes of litter at events across the district. We want to make this year even bigger and better!
