Adopted Wealden Local Plan 1998

The adopted Wealden Local Plan was published in 1998. As of 27 September 2007 a number of policies in the Wealden Local Plan were saved by approval of the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 8 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
