A concessionary bus pass is available to those who are eligible for the state pension or with certain disabilities to travel free throughout the district and England during off-peak times.
Important Changes to Bus Pass Scheme
For existing pass holders, passes are automatically renewed. You will receive a new one in the post, you do not need to re-apply. New passes are valid for five years.

A guide for Wealden residents
The scheme entitles participants to concessionary travel on local bus services throughout England subject to the terms and conditions of the scheme. The card is available for qualifying residents.

Photos
If you are applying through a library then a photo will be taken of you on the day.
If you are applying at Wealden Council offices, we can take your photo. If you wish to provide a photo (council offices only), then you must provide a colour passport style photograph (head and shoulders and full face, taken without hat/cap/headgear/sunglasses although ordinary glasses may be worn. Please ensure reactolite glasses have cleared and are not shaded). The photo must have been taken recently.
