Equalities: Information in Alternative Formats and Languages

Wealden District Council is able to provide the information contained in our leaflets and documents in large print, Braille, tape/CD.

We can also arrange for the translation or interpretation of information in a range of languages.

Additional support

Wealden is also working in partnership with Newhaven Community Development Association (NCDA) on the Sompriti project (a local Black and Minority Ethnic voluntary and community organisation).

If you would like help accessing our services, Sompriti can provide support to help:

  • fill in forms,
  • write letters,
  • explain services, and
  • support you to contact and visit public services.
