Wealden Business Breakfast – Lead by example with Effective Leadership
As a valuable member of the business community in Wealden, you are invited to attend our next Business Breakfast. Attendees will learn from Aisling Westerdijk about how to improve leadership skills. The topic will concentrate on improving
leadership styles in order to increase efficiency and motivation in the work place.
This breakfast event will give you the chance to take away some top tips on how to
lead your team.
The morning will take on a workshop feel when specialist presenter Aisling
Westerdijk, from Sussex - based ‘Oddball Training Ltd’ will be focusing on how to
develop effective leadership skills. For the last 15 years Aisling has worked within
the Human Resources and Training and Development fields spanning the hospitality/service, medical technology, manufacturing, engineering,
telecommunications, tour operating/travel, technology, and multimedia industries.
Aisling’s key clients include: Ericsson, Elekta Oncology, Mattel Interactive, Weetabix
- Ryecrofts foods, Posford Duvivier Haskoening, First Choice Holidays and
Centrica. Oddball Training was founded in 1995 and specialises in brain-friendly
learning design, which ensures an engaging and stimulating breakfast seminar,
using the principles of accelerated learning.
We will also have Gail Fenn, Wealden’s Regulation Adviser with us to update
everyone on her role in supporting businesses and the improvements planned for
the www.wealdenbusinesshelp.org.uk website.

Time: 7.30am – 10.30am
Venue: Herstmonceux Castle, Herstmonceux (near Hailsham)
Cost: £6 per head (including choice of breakfast & drinks)

Please note that any cancellations made after this date will incur an additional charge of £6.00 to make up the full delegate cost (this fee is being subsidised by Wealden District Council).
