British Empire Weekend

It was said ‘the sun never sets on the British Empire’. Discover why and how a quarter of the earth’s population was ruled by the largest empire in history. There will be re-enactments and a cavalry display throughout the day. Meet Redcoat and Khaki soldiers of the Queen as well as soldiers from the Zulu wars.
