Summer Touch Rugby

Heathfield and Waldron will be joining O2 Touch, the programme which aims to get England playing touch rugby. Touch rugby can be played by all ages with mixed gender teams a regular feature. The simplicity of the rules allows players to referee their own matches and play pretty much anywhere with teammates, family or friends. To bring touch rugby to life, HWRFC will be running weekly touch rugby sessions throughout the summer. Everyone is invited to come along to HWRFC, try it out and see how accessible and welcoming the club is. Free taster sessions are taking place on 30 May, 1 June and 7 June. From there, touch sessions will be held every Thursday at 6.30pm starting from 14 June and running through to September, and beyond.
