Pollution....what we do

Wealden District Council is the local agency that is reponsible for dealing with pollution incidents. We will do our best to protect you from any unreasonable disturbance and will provide help and advice about statutory nuisance problems.

We will strive to ensure a consistent and fair approach in accordance with the Council's Enforcement Policy.

To help us monitor and improve our performance we are publishing results of our Customer Satisfaction for 2006-2007 plus a summary of the results collected since 2003.
