Gambling Act 2005 : Notice of Publishing of “Statement of Principles”

Wealden District Council has published on its website a “Statement of Principles” (pdf) as required under the Gambling Act 2005.

The Statement of Principles comes into effect on 31st January 2007.

In addition a hard copy of the Statement is available for inspection at the Council’s Offices at Vicarage Lane, Hailsham.
