Wealden wants to involve as many residents as possible in what happens in their area. To that end it is our aim in Wealden to encourage and facilitate opportunities for every tenant to become involved in the decision making process to the degree and level they choose.

Tenant Services Authority
The Tenant Services Authority was set up as a result of the 2008 Housing and Regeneration Act. The Act increases the TSA’s powers over the regulation of social housing. Their goal is to raise the standards of services for affordable housing tenants. Visit their website to find out how they’re going to make this happen, and when.
