Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Amended Draft Charging Schedule Local Plan Consultation 2013/14

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a new way of providing money towards essential new facilities such as roads, schools, health care etc through new development. This document outlines what the proposed rate of charge will be for new housing and certain types of shopping development in different parts of the District, and gives an idea of what these new funds might be spent on in the future.

The CIL Amended Draft Charging Schedule was approved for publication and consultation by Full Council on 27th November 2013.

Representations can be made between 9am on Monday 9th December 2013 until 5pm on Monday 3rd February 2014.
