Pre Submission Modifications to the Strategic Sites Local Plan Consultation 2013/14

Status: Closed

This consultation gives details of the preferred option for development of the major housing and employment sites in the District up until 2027, which were identified in the Wealden Core Strategy Local Plan. It also provides details of the planning requirements and the policies that will apply in relation to the development of these sites. The Proposed Submission Strategic Sites Local Plan was approved for publication and consultation by Full Council on 15th May 2013 and consulted on in June/July 2013. As a result of representations received during this process a number of modifications have been made which we are now consulting on.

Representations can be made between 9am on Monday 9th December 2013 until 5pm on Monday 3rd February 2014.
