LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 Notice under Section 123(2A) of the intended Disposal of an Open Space at Observatory View, Hailsham (by way of two easements for a HV Cable and Gas pipe).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above mentioned Act that Wealden District Council the owner of the parcel of land described below intends to dispose of land at Observatory View by granting two freehold easements for both an HV Electric Cable and Gas Pipe in the same trench. The easements will have no effect on public use of the open space, except for temporary restrictions over the trench for installation, occasional repairs and maintenance.
