NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above mentioned Act that Wealden District Council the owner of the parcel of land described below which is held and maintained as public open space. Hailsham Town Council will surrender the existing lease by operation of law and the immediate grant of a new lease of the whole demised land. The new lease will be for a 50yr lease term. Hailsham Town Council will keep, use and maintain the said land for the purpose of a recreation ground and open space.
