Tenant Handbook Review

When tenants move into their council home they are given a “Tenants Handbook”. This is currently a folder containing information leaflets and advice on things we feel it is important for them to know whilst occupying their council home.

Although we have amended some of the information contained in the folder in the past couple of years it has been some years since we reviewed the whole handbook. We have therefore decided that a review is now needed to ensure that the information that we are giving new tenants is useful, relevant and is easily understood.
