Housing, Health and Advice
•Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and emergency working practices, customers wishing to access our services will experience a delay in dealing with your request, even if it is urgent. Our usual timescales cannot currently be met due to increased customer demand.
•Your case will be dealt with by telephone and email only. You should not attend the Council’s offices in person as they remain closed.
•Telephone calls and emails will take longer to respond to. Post is currently being quarantined when it arrives so there will be a delay in us receiving anything that you send in.
•Home visits will only be carried out where they are considered essential.
• Our Council housing repairs service is operating as normal and we are undertaking routine repairs and maintenance work, however, repairs will take longer than usual.
